IPO of Moscow Exchange. Letter to Clients of Global Custodians

Dear Clients,

On February 4, 2013, Open Joint Stock Company "Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS" ("Moscow Exchange") announced further details of its planned initial public offering ("IPO").

The link to the announcement is at: http://moex.com/n2521/?nt=201

Details on the offering were first announced on January 21, 2013: http://moex.com/n2425/?nt=201

For this offering Moscow Exchange is limiting participation to those that can settle via the National Settlement Depository (NSD) — no settlement via Registrar will be possible. Therefore, if you intend to participate in the offering, you should confirm with your global custodian that you have an opened account/setting for NSD settlement. In the event you don"t have such a setting yet, you should instruct your global custodian to open a custody account / arrange for such a setting with its Russian sub-custodian for settlement in NSD as soon as practicable in order to avoid potential complications of shares settlement.
