RusHydro's additional shares issue to stop trading and parameters of its primary issue to be changed

Please be advised that from December 29, 2012 trading in the additional issue ordinary shares of RusHydro OJSC (trading system code HYDR-040D) will be ceased at the Exchange, due to the consolidation of the securities issues and cancellation of individual numbers (codes) assigned to the additional issue.

From December 29, 2012 the number of the primary issue ordinary shares of the company (trading system code HYDR) will be changed:
